Problem :
Due to stricter static requirements the reinforcement layers in foundations are being placed increasingly closer together. The use of loop anchors therefore is becoming more difficult, time consuming and expensive ! Solution: Our EhS 45° "Twin Anchor" System, because the Anchors can be installed in a fraction of the time previously needed for coventional loop anchors by 1 person only . The one-piece "Twin Anchor" is supplied ready for application. It consists of two steel sleeves with DW15 or DW20 threads. These two sleeves are connected by a welded assembly bow with required centre-to-centre distance and at 45° angularity. |

| the Anchor Sleeves are provided with our PE-45° Recess instead of standard PVC duct tubes. The anchor point can be easily planed over and recognized again. The Recess leaves a suitable large space for filling compound. |

| Here the Recess will be used too ! When closing the formwork the Recess will be tightened to the formwork panel After stripping formwork remove Recess with a plier and sleeve is ready for screwing in thread rod. No boreing through the formwork panel ! |
